I MADE A NEW FRIEND | ARM WORKOUT WITH RASHAWN WINFREE

Just 10 short days away from Nationals now! I’ve been running on fumes all day, but fortunately for me, Rashawn had some preworkout on him and hooked a brotha up. After chatting it up and getting to know a little bit more about each other, we decided to crush an arm workout! Today’s training session:
➢ Triceps
Close Grip Bench Press: 5 working sets of 12 reps
Tricep Pressdowns: 5 working sets of 15-20 reps
➢ Biceps/Brachialis
Dumbbell Cross Body Hammer Curls: 5 working sets of 12 reps
Preacher Curl Machine: 5 working sets of 12-15 reps
